    We make no guarantee that any email address extracted through our platform will be accurate, valid, or deliverable. Email deliverability rates may vary, and we cannot ensure that emails sent through our system will reach the intended inbox.

    • Use MailExtractor in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and PECR.
    • Only send communications to recipients who you have the legal right to contact.

    • Emails sent through the platform will be successfully delivered or free from spam filtering.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailExtractor shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:

    • Undelivered or bounced emails.
    • Blacklisting or reputational harm from email use.
    • Loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data.
